Do my Ezy Rewards points have an expiry date?

Yes. Your Ezy Rewards points will expire on 31 December, three years after they have been earned. For example if we credited the points to you on 2 February 2004, the points will expire on 31 December 2007. If you close your account(s) you must use your points within 6 months after the account is closed, or any unused points are cancelled.

Do my Ezy Rewards vouchers have an expiry date?

Ezy Rewards vouchers are valid for a period of 3 months, from date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

If I have a joint Ezy Action Account, do I have a joint Ezy Rewards account too?

No. The Ezy Rewards membership will be in the name of the person whose name first appeared on the application form.

Can I share my Ezy Rewards points or transfer them to someone else?

No. Ezy Rewards points are accrued in the first named applicant's name and cannot be transferred.

Can I obtain information about my account such as balances, fees etc by sending you an email through the Ezy Banking website?

No, due to identification and privacy requirements we are unable to advise account details via email. An easy way to access your account details and perform transactions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week is with NetBank, or you can call 13 72 88 between 8am-8pm (Sydney time) 7 days a week and a consultant will assist you.

What do I need to use NetBank?

You will need to register for NetBank. Please call 13 72 88 or 13 28 28 8am - 8pm (Sydney time) Monday to Friday. Once registered you can log on to NetBank from within the Ezy Banking site.

With NetBank you can: view balances; view transaction histories; transfer money between your linked accounts or to other accounts; set up scheduled and recurring payments and more.

Your computer will also need to meet the minimum system requirements

Can I use my Ezy Action Account card at Commonwealth Bank branches?

You will not be able to use your Ezy Action Account card at any branch of the Commonwealth Bank. However, you can use the Quick Deposit Box facilities in any Commonwealth Bank branch to deposit cheques to your Ezy Action Account.

Ezy Banking customers are able to transfer funds between their accounts by Phone Banking or with NetBank.

Do I have to go into a Woolworths Supermarket to do my banking?

Many customers may find it convenient to do their banking when they shop. However, you don't have to come into the supermarket to do your banking and you're not restricted to supermarket opening hours. You can access your funds by ATM, Phone Banking and NetBank 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
