Please refer to your Ezy Banking account application form for more details on how your personal information is used and disclosed. If we have your email or mobile phone details, we may provide information to you on the Commonwealth Bank Group’s products and services electronically.

Your personal information will be handled with care and kept secure with proper regard for your privacy.

Disclosures

Your personal information will not be revealed except to contractors we use to help us serve you, or where we are required to do so by law (eg, under a subpoena, or statutory notice). Your personal information will be sent overseas if we use overseas contractors.
