No. The rewards membership will be in the name of the applicant named first on the application form.

No. Points are accrued in the first named applicant's name and cannot be transferred.

No. Currently there is no online facility which provides information regarding Ezy Rewards points. To check your accumulated points, please call 13 72 88 between 8am-8pm (Sydney time) 7 days a week and select option 2 for Rewards.

Do my Ezy Rewards points have an expiry date?

Yes. Your points will expire on the 31 December, three calendar years after they have been earned. For example if we credited the points to you on 2 February, 2004 the points will expire on 31 December, 2007. If you close your account(s) you must use your points within 6 months after the account is closed, as unused points are cancelled after this time.
